Visible stainless and coated panels require both the correct angle and protected contact surfaces throughout a controlled bend sequence.
Challenge
Tool contact marks can turn an accurate bend into a finishing problem when the formed face remains visible in the final assembly.
Approach
The die geometry is selected for the material surface and target form, with the application image used to review the bend path.
Outcome
Surface appearance becomes part of tooling approval instead of a correction after the panel has been formed.
